Shipping Policy

At FHB, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States and the world, ensuring that we always provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.  All orders will be despatched the same day the order is placed as long as we receive your order before 1 PM (BST GMT UK Time)

• Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to the destination.  International delivery  usually takes 1-6 business days. After processing and leaving our facility, items typically take between 1 and 6 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Please be aware that these are our Standard Shipping times.

If you need your items sooner, please let us know, and we will find a solution for you.

Our main courier of choice is the United States Postal Service and UPS.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

If you see the following message at checkout: "There are no shipping methods available for your cart or address," please get in touch with us so that we can arrange a bespoke quotation for delivery.
